We are a cardiac signaling group focusing on the spatial compartmentalization and heterogeneity of GPCR signaling in cardiac physiology and pathology.
We aim to define patient-specific therapeutic strategies for heart diseases targeting the spatiotemporal regulation of GPCR signaling and Ca2+ in diverse cardiac pathogenesis (e.g. HF with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), inflammation, etc.) and to provide innovative therapeutic strategies for cardiac diseases
